A price per net mineral acre, in writing, with how we arrived at your acreage. Take whatever time you need to consider it.

Cashier's check or wire when you sign. We prepare the deed and record it with the county at our expense.
About
An individual buyer, not a fund
Ponderosa Minerals is one person buying for his own account. My background is in Division Orders, the part of the oil and gas business that works out who owns what and sees that owners are paid correctly. I buy small mineral and royalty interests in Weld County, and I deal with every owner directly.
